Rental Products

Pricing Policy

Online pricing reflects pricing for events of 8 hours or less. If your event will last longer than 8 hours, an additional charge of up to 50% may be applied for Full-Day Rental.

 

Half-Day Rentals allows us to book multiple events in one day. This helps us keep costs low and makes availability on your preferred event date more likely.

 

Full-Day Rentals available from 6 am - 12 am. Please inquire directly about rental outside of this time frame.

Delivery Charges and Scheduling

Delivery Charges are based on location in relation to Woodbury, NJ. We serve Philadelphia and the South Jersey area. Please provide us with your zip code for a quote.

 

We will coordinate drop-off and pick up times with you, or directly with your venue. Please be prepared to provide us with your event start and end times prior to booking.

Booking

Our rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. When you are ready to reserve, we will provide you with a contract and PayPal invoice for your deposit. 

 

Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received your signed contract and deposit.

Payment Schedule

A $50 refundable deposit per item and/or a 25% non-refundable deposit will be due with contract signing. All refundable deposits will be returned upon pick up and inspection at the end of your event. Any non-refundable deposits will be applied to your balance due.

 

The total cost for your rental, including delivery charge, will be due 3 days prior to your event. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you prior to this due date.

 

All payments and returns are processed securely through PayPal.

Cancellation

If cancelled within 30 days of your event, your deposit will be forfeited and applied as a re-selling fee.

If cancellation is greater than 30 days prior to your event, any refundable deposits will be returned and no fee will be applied. Non-refundable deposits will not be returned due to cancellation.

Coordination & Planning Services

What We Do

-Help organize your vendor contracts and act as point of contact on your wedding day

-Create a checklist and event itinerary so everyone is on the same page

-Offer tips and suggestions during the planning process

-Make sure all of your plans are executed to your specifications

-Coordinate your Ceremony Rehearsal and run your Ceremony if needed / or in partnership with your Officiant

-Make sure all of your items get into the right hands on the day-of

-Pack up all of your belongings after the reception

What We DON'T Do

-Book your Vendors (but with our Partial Planning Service, we'll help you find them!)

-Order your décor and supplies (but with our Partial Planning Service, we'll help you find them!)

-Serve Food & Beverage

-Make planning decisions for you or against your wishes

-Decorate your Ceremony or Reception (excludes products you've rented directly from us)

-Run errands or provide shuttle service

Booking

Our planning services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We would be happy to schedule a phone, zoom, or in person meeting with you prior to booking so we can get to know each other!

 

When you are ready to reserve, we will provide you with a contract and PayPal invoice for your deposit. Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received your signed contract and deposit.

Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total cost will be due with contract signing. 

 

An additional installment may be due prior to your balance payment based on the services selected and timeline leading up to your event. This will be determined by your Coordinator and outlined in your contract. 

 

The balance for your services, including any travel charges if applicable, will be due 2 weeks prior to your event. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you prior to this due date.

 

All payments  are processed securely through PayPal.

Cancellation

Should you choose to cancel with us, your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. You may also be billed for the following percentage of your balance due as outlined below:
